Change or Cancel Order
If your order has not been processed and shipped yet, we can still make a change or cancel the order. In this case, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
You have the right to cancel your order, but once an order has been processed by our warehouse, a cancellation or any change is no longer possible.
In that case if your parcel has already been dispatched, you can refuse the parcel when a delivery attempt is made or return all items and we will issue a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.
